ASM RPL

ASM RPL sub-types are processed by the system to change the routing of a flight.

In some cases, it is also possible to make changes to both aircraft type and time in the same message. For specific changes, it is advisable to use the appropriate ASM sub-type (EQT for aircraft type changes or TIM for time updates).

The following scenario illustrates this functionality.

Flight XS 5128 with a daily flight operation from LHR-ARN, with flight times 1830-2150, and Aircraft Type 321 (Airbus A-321).

An ASM RPL is received to change the aircraft type, flight times, and destination of the 03NOV flight.

In the Flights tab, flight XS 5128 is updated with the new aircraft type, routing, departure, and arrival times.
