Creating a Flight Schedule Manually

In some cases, you may need to manually create a flight schedule in the system.

1. Navigate to the Flight Schedule screen. You can do this by clicking Master Data > Flight Schedule.
2. In the Flight Schedule tab, click Add (Ins) or press Insert.
3. Enter the flight details.
4. Upon selecting an Aircraft Type, the relevant aircraft details are automatically retrieved from the Aircraft Type record.
   If the Aircraft Type does not exist, you need to enter the Aircraft Type in Cargospot or manually enter the relevant aircraft details.
5. Enter the Build Days.
6. Enter the flight legs in the Schedule Flight Leg table.
7. Click OK.
   The flight schedule is saved. At this point, the individual flights are not yet built and will not appear on the Availability screen.
8. Click Build This Flight.
9. In the information message that displays, click OK.
