The Messages Queue

The messages queue screen can be accessed in Main > Messages Queue or from the View Message Queues button in the SSIM Log screen.

All sent and received messages can be viewed in the Messages Queue screen. You can use the different fields in the Message Queue screen to filter the displayed queues on the Record List.

Button Description
Text Queue Click Text Queue to display the messages that Cargospot is unable to link directly to an Air Waybill (AWB) or Flight. Often, the messages in Text Queue are free text messages.
Right-clicking Text Queue displays the following available actions:
  • Remove All Text Queue
  • Save As File
  • Load as new message
Error Queue Click Error Queue to display messages with errors, that Cargospot was unable to load the message or only part of the message was loaded.

The error of the message is in the Remarks field. There are several configuration options that modify the behavior of the Error Queue.
Remove From Queue Click Remove From Queue to delete the message from the queue.
Resend Use this button to resend the message. When a message is resent, it goes to an SSM queue (either successfully processed or error). In the Message Queue screen, the resent messages will have a Message Code of SSM but not have a subtype of SIM. Only messages processed from an SSIM will have a subtype of SIM.
