Attaching a Message to a Flight or an AWB

You can link a free text message to a particular flight or Air Waybill (AWB) using the Attach button in the Message Queue screen.

1. In the Message Queue screen, query the message you want to link to a flight or AWB.
2. Click Attach.
3. In the Attach Message pop-up window, consider:
   • If you are attaching the message to an AWB, enter the AWB number in the Attach to AWB field then click Attach to AWB.
   • If you are attaching the message to a flight, enter the flight number in the Attach to Flight field then click Attach to Flight.

The message is linked to the flight or AWB.
