Navigating to the Allotments Screen
The Allotment screen displays information about space allotments related to booking.
To navigate to the Allotments screen, click .
The Templates tab is active upon navigating to the Allotments screen. The Templates tab is where you create the master allotments for a certain period of time. The master allotment contains the details for the individual allotments for each flight.
The individual allotments can be refined further, such as making modifications in the allotment details on a per flight basis, in the Allotments tab.
You can view all the allotments for each flight in the Allotments tab. The Allotments tab contains several new fields specific to the individual allotments. Among these new fields are Agreement, Uplift, and Received new columns to the Weight, Volume, and Units fields.
The Agreement Weight, Agreement Volume, and Agreement Units are automatically populated by the system when the entered allotment record is saved. This column provides the initially agreed upon allotment that can be used for statistical purposes.
The Uplift Weight, Uplift Volume, and Uplift Units are automatically populated by the system when the booking is created against the allotment.
Due to space restrictions, part of the allotment might be re-booked to another flight. The actual booking is reflected in the Received Weight, Received Volume, and Received Units fields.
