In some cases, you may need to delete a saved allotment in the system.

Navigate to the Allotments tab of the
Allotments screen. Click .

Query the allotment you want to delete.

Click Delete (Del).
The allotment is deleted. The allotment name is no longer displayed in the
Availability tab of the Booking screen. If
the deleted allotment has associated bookings, the booking is still displayed with
Allocation status set to CA.
If bookings have already been made to an allotment that has been deleted, incorrect
used space and available space information is displayed. You need to manually amend the
booking to free sales (KK) to correct the availability
information.
