Specific Allotments

You can create allotments that are specific only to a Product, a Price Code, or a Special Handling Code. You can also create Agent or Station allotments that are specific to a ULD Type. Multiple ULDs and SHCs in an allotment is currently unsupported. It is also possible to create allotments specific to AWB Origin or Destination.

Allotments for Specific Products

Use the Product field to define the specific product code to which the allotment applies. Only air waybills that match the product code of the product allotment can be booked against the said allotment.

Allotments for Specific Sell Prices

Use the Price Code field to define the specific product code to which the allotment applies.

To create a Sell Price allotment, the Sell Price record (Pricing > Sell Price) needs to be associated to an Allotment Code. This Allotment Code is then entered in the Price Code field of the Sell Price allotment.

In this example, the allotment code, TEST, is created in Master Data > Combo Codes All.

The created allotment code, TEST, is associated to the Sell Price record in Pricing > Sell Price.

The created allotment is made specific to the allotment/price code.

Only air waybills that match the sell price of the Sell Price allotment can be booked against the said allotment.

Allotments for Specific Special Handling Code

Use the Allotment SHC field to define the specific Special Handling code (SHC) to which the allotment applies.

Allotments for Specific ULD Type

Use the ULD Type field to define the specific ULD Type to which the allotment applies. Only air waybills that match the ULD Type of the ULD allotment can be booked against the said allotment. Allotments for specific ULD type can only be created for Agent or Station.

Allotments for Specific Origin and Destination

Use the AWB Origin and AWB Destination fields to define specific origin or destination to which the allotment applies. Only air waybills that match the AWB Origin or AWB Destination of the Specific Origin or Destination allotment can be booked against the said allotment.
