Generating an Agent Allotment report

Generate an Agent Allotment report in PDF or XLS format to view specific information on the allotment for the carrier and agent.

1. Navigate to the Reports Menu screen. Click Main > Reports Menu.
2. Expand the Agents Reports node.
3. Select and double-click the Agent Allotment report.
4. In the Agent Allotment screen, specify the necessary information to generate the allotment report.

   Field	Description
   From Date	The start date; use this field to define the duration of the allotment.
   Until Date	The end date; use this field to define the duration of the allotment.
   Carrier	Enter the code of the airline for which this allotment is valid. You need to enter the airline in this field if the allotment is not a forwarder-related or station-related allotment.
   Agent	The IATA code of the cargo agent. The code is set in the Forwarders screen, which is accessible in different screens where the Agent link is available.
   Dest	The three-letter IATA code of the airport of destination. The code is set in the Airports screen, which is accessible in different screens where the Origin link is available. You can retrieve available codes from the database. Clicking navigates you to the Search Airports Codes screen.
   Weekday	The day or days of the week for which the allotment is applicable, where 1 is Monday, 2 is Tuesday, and so on. For example, 147 indicates that the allotment is for Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
   Agent All Branches	To make the allotment valid for all of the agent's other branches, select Agent All Branches.
   Sales Office
   Allotment Code	Enter the allotment code. The code is associated to an allotment which appears in the Flight List tables.

5. Generate the Agent Allotment report.
   • Click OK to generate the report in PDF format. The report in PDF format is opened in a browser window.
   • Click Excel to generate the report in spreadsheet format. The report in XLS format is opened in Microsoft Excel.
