You can reserve space for a specific agent by creating an agent
allotment.
You can create the allotment template before the flight schedules for the allotment
duration are present in the system. You must ensure that all the flight schedule records
are properly entered in the system before creating the individual allotments for the
days.
-
Navigate to the Allotments screen. Click .

Click Add (Ins) or press

In the Template tab, enter the details of the allotment.

you want to make the allotment valid for all of the agent's other branches,
select All Branches.

If you leave out mandatory fields, Cargospot displays the missing fields in
red at the bottom part of the screen.
The individual allotments are built and can be viewed on the
Allotments tab. The Weight and
Volume entered in the Template tab is
populated in each created individual allotment. The allotments are created for the
period if flight schedules are available. The populated Weight
and Volume is the initial agreed weight and volume and can be
edited later depending on any communicated change. If the forwarder for the created
allotment has Allotment automatic notification set up, an
email message is sent to that forwarder. Allotments are automatically built by the
Overnight job scheduler. Allotments can also be created manually when the allotment
template is created by clicking the OK button. Click the
Build Allotments button to manually build the allotments
for newly created flights, for example, flights which were not present at the time
of saving the template but were created later.
