Creating a Threshold Price Record

You can create Threshold or Base Price records to set a minimum price level according to a specific HDQ. The minimum price level set in the system cannot be overwritten by a price set in a specific station. Threshold price records are used in the system to verify and evaluate ad hoc price records.

A threshold price record needs to be verified first before it can be used to evaluate an ad hoc price record. Depending on your system configuration, the Prices Threshold screen appears either as Prices Threshold KG if your units are in kilograms or Prices Threshold LB if your units are in pounds.

1. Navigate to the Prices Threshold screen. You can do this by clicking Pricing > Threshold Prices.
2. Click Add (Ins). Some fields are automatically populated based on the settings of the currently logged on user.
3. Enter the Threshold Price record details in the corresponding fields.
4. Click OK.

The Threshold Price record is saved.
