Sending an AWB Stock Notification Email

You can send a notification email message after assigning an AWB stock to an agent.

  1. Navigate to the Stock screen. Click Master Data > AWB Stock.
  2. Click Add (Ins) or press Insert.
  3. Enter the three-digit IATA airline code number in the Prefix field.
  4. Select stock from the Available Stock table.
  5. Enter the total number of AWBs to be assigned in the No. of AWBs field.
  6. Enter other stock details such as Issue Date, Agent, and AWB Stock Type.
  7. Click OK.
    If you leave out mandatory fields, Cargospot displays the missing fields in red at the bottom part of the screen.
    The Fax/Email button is enabled.
  8. Click Fax/Email.
The AWB Stock notification email is sent.
