Forwarder Settings
There are settings in the screen that are relevant to a particular agent's AWB stock.
The following settings in the Forwarders screen affect AWB stock behavior:
- Stock Holder - This check box needs to be selected so that AWB stock
can be allocated to the agent.
When not selected, the agent does not appear in the search function of the Agent field in the Agent Stock tab of the Stock screen. The system also does not recognize the agent code even when manually entered in the Agent field.
- Show AWB Stock - This button navigates the user directly to the Agent Stock tab for the particular Agent.
- Forwarder Notification: Stock - The Stock action is an available action in the Notification Table of the Forwarders screen. This action defines the email address for receiving stock alerts.
