Taking Back an AWB Stock

You can take back unused AWB stocks.

1. Navigate to the Stock screen. Click Master Data > AWB Stock.
2. In the Agents Stock tab, query the Agent whose AWB stock you want to return.
   1. Click Query (F7) or press F7.
   2. Enter the agent number in the Agent field.
   3. Click OK.
   The AWB stock record of the agent is retrieved.
3. In the Stock screen, click the Stock Overview tab.
4. Clear the Show Used AWBs check box.
5. Select a record from the Used Stock table.
   All unused AWB numbers of the selected AWB stock are retrieved. The Take Back Stock button is enabled.
6. Select AWB numbers from the AWB table. You can select multiple AWB numbers by using Ctrl + Click or Shift + Click.
7. Click Take Back Stock.
