Creating Flight Schedules by SSIM file (Local Upload)

You can use the upload function in Cargospot to load Standard Schedules Information message (SSIM), Standard Schedules Message (SSM), or Ad-Hoc Schedule Message (ASM) received by email or file transfer. You need the appropriate duty code and be logged on at the HDQ station to use the upload function.

1. Navigate to the Report Menu screen. Click Main > Reports Menu.
2. Expand Upload Data (UPLOAD_DATA_). You can do this by double-clicking Upload Data (UPLOAD_DATA_). Clicking the node icon () also expands or collapses the category.
3. Select and double-click Load SSIM from file-chooser.
4. In the Open window, browse for the message file then click Open.
5. In the Confirm Start Service window, click OK.

The processing time depends on the size of the SSIM file. Upon completion, you are automatically navigated to the SSIM log screen which displays the results of the processing.
