Creating HDQ AWB Stock

You need to create AWB stocks before you can assign stocks to a station.

1. Navigate to the Stock screen. Click Master Data > AWB Stock.
2. In the Stock screen, click HDQ Stock tab.
3. Click Add (Ins) or press Insert.
4. Enter the stock details.
   1. Enter the Prefix.
   2. Upon entering the three-digit prefix, you are automatically navigated to the From Serial field. Enter the eight-digit AWB Serial Number from which the AWB stock should start, then press Tab. The system automatically checks if the serial number is valid. A confirmation window displays if you enter an invalid serial number.
   3. Enter the desired number of AWB stock to generate in No. of AWB's field, then press Tab. The system automatically populates the To Serial field with the correct ending serial number of the AWB serial number range depending on the number of AWBs. You can also complete the range by entering a valid serial number in the To Serial field.
      The To Serial cannot be less than the From Serial. The entered AWB range also cannot be part of an already existing AWB range in Cargospot.
   4. Enter the Issue Date. You can select the issue date from the calendar by clicking .
   5. Select the appropriate AWB Stock Type from the drop-down menu.
5. Click OK.
   If you leave out mandatory fields, Cargospot displays the missing fields in red at the bottom part of the screen.
