Querying Records

You can use the Query function to retrieve existing records.

The query function takes information entered in a certain field and then displays the matching records.

  1. In the appropriate screen, click or press F7.
  2. The active screen enters "Query" mode. Enter the information you want to search for in the appropriate field.
    For example, you can enter an Agent in the Booking screen to view all bookings for that particular Agent.
  3. Click OK.
The matching record is retrieved. If multiple records match the query, the matching records are listed in the Record List.
