Loading the Trucking Cost Data File

You can use the upload function in Cargospot to load multiple Trucking cost records.

Trucking cost data files can be created using the .XLS template from Help > How to... > Templates to load data. Only users with appropriate access rights can use the file upload functionality in Cargospot.

1. Navigate to the Report Menu screen. Click Main > Reports Menu.
2. Expand Upload Data (UPLOAD_DATA_). You can do this by double-clicking Upload Data (UPLOAD_DATA_). Clicking the node icon () also expands or collapses the category.
3. Select and double-click Load Trucking Cost Data.
4. In the Open window, browse for the handling cost data file then click Open.

The uploaded records are displayed in the output window.
