About Handling & Trucking Costs: Trucking Tab
Information regarding standard trucking costs are entered in the Trucking tab of the Handling &Trucking Costs screen.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Sequence | The unique sequence number of the trucking cost record. |
| For Carrier | The two or three-letter IATA carrier code applicable to the trucking cost record. For example, UA. |
| Origin | The three-letter IATA airport code of the truck's origin. For example, ZRH. |
| Destination | The three-letter IATA airport code of the truck's destination. For example, FRA. |
| Transit | You can retrieve available codes from the database. Clicking  navigates you to
the Search Airport Codes screen. |
| Effective Date | The effectivity date of the trucking cost record. |
| Termination Date | The termination date of the trucking cost record. |
| Currency | The three-letter ISO currency code applicable to the trucking cost record. For
example, EUR. You can retrieve available codes from the
database. Clicking navigates you to the Search Currencies
Codes screen. |
| Truck | The code of the trucking company for which the trucking cost is applicable. For
example, PLA. You can retrieve available codes from the
database. Clicking navigates you to the Search
station_truck screen. |
| Minimum | Optional field that defines the minimum charge of the trucking cost record. |
| Maximum | Optional field that defines the maximum charge of the trucking cost record. |
| Formula (KG) | The applicable rate per unit of weight or a formula if several weight breaks are included. |
| SHC | The Special Handling Code or SHC that differentiates costs according to the type
of cargo. You can retrieve available codes from the database. Clicking navigates you to
the Search Special Handling Codes (SHC) screen. |
| Exclude SHC | Enter the Special Handling Code that needs to be excluded from the trucking cost record. For example, HEA. |
| Issue Carrier | The two or three-letter IATA carrier code of the issuing carrier. This is applicable to the trucking cost record. For example, UA. |
| ULD Type | Enter the ULD Type code in the ULD Type field. This limits
the trucking cost to a specific ULD type. You can retrieve available codes from the
database. Clicking navigates you to the Search ULD Types
screen. |
| Cost ID | The internal cost identifier or ID. |
