Full AWB Screen
The Full AWB screen contains all relevant parameters for a particular Air Waybill (AWB).
The information in this screen is used for transportation and accounting purposes. You can query the Full AWB screen to retrieve all the existing AWB records in the system. You can add or edit AWB records depending on the duty codes of the currently logged on user.

Full AWB capture is performed in the Full AWB screen. Information in the Full AWB screen can be automatically populated from other Cargospot processes, such as booking, or cargo acceptance. It is also possible to populate information in the Full AWB screen from messages.
Manual entry from the paper AWB or manual data capture can either be done when the shipment is delivered to the airline by the acceptance office, or before the shipment is delivered.
During the course of the shipment, you may need to verify and update the information regarding the AWB on the Full AWB screen.
